For me, strong relationships have always been at the heart of what we do. Understanding what a school needs, helping someone find the right opportunity and delivering on our promises are what build trust over time. I’m fortunate to work alongside a fantastic team of consultants and support colleagues who share those principles and care about the people we work with. I’m excited about what we can continue to achieve together. As we develop the business, my focus is on supporting our people, strengthening our partnerships and ensuring the service we provide makes a positive difference to schools, education professionals and, ultimately, the children and young people they support.

I joined Blue Skies Education in 2026, bringing over 10 years of recruitment experience specialising in SEND and Primary education. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of the unique needs of schools, settings, and professionals within the SEND sector, and I’m passionate about connecting talented candidates with rewarding opportunities where they can make a real difference.
I enjoy building long-lasting relationships with both schools and candidates, taking the time to understand their individual requirements and providing a personalised, supportive recruitment experience. Whether working with mainstream schools or specialist SEND provisions, my focus is on creating successful, lasting partnerships that have a positive impact on both educators and the children they support.

I have been working within the education recruitment sector for the past 2 years, specialising in connecting schools and candidates within East London. I have dedicated myself to understanding the unique needs and requirements of both schools and aspiring educators in this vibrant region. Originally from a business travel customer service background, I joined EW in Jan 2022 and made the move into Finance. Since joining the team, I have enjoyed learning all aspects of Finance and working with a great group of people. I can assist with timesheets, invoices, and payroll enquiries.

I joined Education World in September 2019 as Compliance Officer, working on the clearance of our Teachers, TAs and Support Staff. I began my career in recruitment in the industrial and commercial sector while obtaining my Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. After completing my apprenticeship in 2017, I moved into education recruitment where I started working in compliance.

Since joining Education World, I have watched our company grow from strength to strength. It’s a real privilege to be part of such a dedicated and hardworking team, committed to finding the right partnerships for our staff and schools. 

In 2024, I was thrilled to be promoted to Compliance Team Leader, now looking after compliance for our Education and Industrial sectors. I am so pleased to be working with both of these teams, ensuring compliance is at the highest standard and our processes within our organisation are streamlined.
